The hotel's location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants and shops. While the room was spacious and comfortable, there was a bit of a musty smell upon entry, and the bathroom could use better ventilation. Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly throughout the stay.

I loved my stay where the staff was super friendly and the meals at the hotel restaurant were excellent, especially the breakfast burrito that set me up for a full day of exploring the city, as it's just a short walk from Yonge-Dundas Square and Nathan Phillips Square, perfect spots for afternoon strolls and people-watching.

The downtown location offers easy access to shopping, theaters, and attractions. The breakfast buffet featured a variety of dishes, including excellent wood-fired pizzas. However, the valet parking fee was quite high at $45, and some areas of the hotel felt dated. While the service at check-in was friendly, maintenance requests took a bit longer than expected to be addressed.

great dining options,, but limited view from balcony
The breakfast burrito was exceptional, providing a delightful start to my day. The staff were consistently friendly and prompt, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
While my room had a city view, the balcony was rather narrow, impacting overall comfort.

Friendly housekeeping staff.
My experience was extremely frustrating. The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly weak for my entire 10-day stay. Additionally, I had trouble with amenities like extra towels and toilet paper, but thankfully, Queeini was there to help me. However, I expected much better service during my stay, given the hotel's reputation.
